The Peach State Professional Golf Tour

The Peach State Professional Golf Tour (PSPGT) is in its 5th season. Founded by Karl Diewock, the tour has always had a goal of providing aspiring professional golfers an inexpensive developmental tour to hone their skills. The PSPGT has primarily run one day events over the past 4 years with an average of 15 to 20 players at each event. This year, we have changed our format, added sponsors, added significant money to the purse and are poised in 2010 to become the leading developmental golf tour.

We have kept our membership fees and tournament entry fees low to make it affordable for you! Our tour membership is second to none with the amenities offered to the player. Our goal is to make the Peach State Professional Golf Tour the proving ground for future PGA and Nationwide Tour Players. The centralized location for the tour along with our first of its kind amenities and low entries make the PSPGT the most affordable tour for golfers in the country. Karl Diewock

Karl founded the Peach State Professional Golf Tour in 2006 after 10 years of playing on various tours including the Tar Heel Tour, The Hooters Tour, The Canadian Tour and The National Golf Tour. Karl set out to create a first class developmental tour in the Metro Atlanta area. Karl is currently the Head Teaching Professional at Whitewater Creek Country Club in Fayetteville, GA. Karl met Greg Hendrix and the two of them decided to turn the PSPGT into the premier developmental tour in the country complete with club memberships for the players. "Giving our tour members a place to practice and play is a first for any tour in the country. We will be a leader in the developmental tour business by giving players low cost entries and membership fee's while still providing first class amenities."

Greg Hendrix

Greg brings 22 years of professional golf experience to the Peach State Professional Golf Tour. Starting out as an Assistant Golf Professional in 1986 at The Atlanta Athletic Club, Greg worked in the golf industry for 5 years before heading out for a career as a player. He played for 15 years on various tours all over the world including the South American Tour, the Hooters Tour and the TearDrop Tour. Greg also founded the Collegiate Summer Golf Tour in 1985, the Tampa Bay Golf Tour in 1995 and worked as a tournament director and media coordinator for the TearDrop Golf Company in 1999 and 2000. He is currently the Head Teaching Professional at the Wendell Coffee Golf Center in Tyrone, GA.
